Can't build android project since 3.3.0.GA

I recently installed 3.3.0.GA SDK/Studio and with it I can't build my android project, selecting TI SDK 3.2.3 works perfectly.

There's no errors in log and no console output, it hangs on 'Launching delegate 57%'.

I already reinstalled everything completely after removing it.

I use: Java JDK 7 Windows 7 x86 Titanium Studio 3.3.0 Test on physical Samsung S4 Mini
